This dwelling was designed as a residence for an artist so he could work at home. The house consists of two L-shaped blocks that intersect, one set aside for work and one for home use. The painter’s studio required a high ceiling, plentiful natural light, and excellent ventilation. The corridors link the studio and the living area while surrounding the patio.

The decoration of this space is minimalist and focuses on color. The doorframes, the table, stairs, and shelving are orange, and together provide a feeling of harmony.

Leaving a large wall in the garden or terrace and painting it white is the perfect excuse to install an “outdoor cinema.”
