Pacific Heights Town House

A plan for remodeling a Victorian house from the early twentieth century was devised for this residence. The clients wanted to maintain the building’s traditional feel, but also to infuse some modern elements and make the house as green as possible. The backyard had to be accessible from a number of spaces, and living areas were placed on the top floor, where the light was best and where a roof garden was added.
