The terrace of this penthouse is designed to simulate a garden at ground level. All access areas were conceived as outdoor spaces and are decorated to give a sense of a single dwelling. The natural irrigation system uses rainwater descending from the roof to the terrace and from there to the lower terraces.

The masses of moist soil mean the terraces are a thermal insulator.
