This house, designed for a large family, meets the needs of its residents in its 2,874 sq. ft. (267 m2). A number of levels were created on the terrace by using timber platforms, steps, and built-in seats. A striking water feature stands next to the entrance in the front garden. There are several playful aspects to the space, including a plant passageway designed for children’s car racing.

The toys are tough and resistant to rain. The blue and red colors match the cushions on the bench and are not out of place in spite of their proliferation.

The spectacular water feature at the entrance adds elegance to the space, and its simple white lines relax visitors and do not overly decorate.
